So I had been meaning to get around to this. In just 8 days we begin STI!!!! For those of you who don't know that this means it is the Summer Theatre Institute for the freshman here at Stephens College. Aka 7 weeks of AWESOME!! I told most of the girls that I want to blog about it over the summer, maybe even video blog it so that everyone can come along for the journey. This is going to be the best summer ever and it all starts in 8 days. Well I have to run and get ready for another wonderful performance of Throughly Modern Millie. If you haven't gotten your tickets yet, DO IT!! we have tonights show, tomorrow's matinee, and 3 shows next week starting on Wednesday. It is worth every penny to see it. The cast is awesome, especially the mugger. I mean the mugger is absolutely brilliant. But come see as a small town girl from Salina, KS travels to the big city of good old NYC in order to make her dreams a reality. Set in 1922 this show includes fancy costumes, music, dancing and beautiful voices.
Well now i'm off. This is just the start to what is going to be an awesome blog so STAY TUNED!!! because with friends like Courtney Desko, Dylan Shelofsky, Kathleen Bryant, Sarah Reeter, Carolyn Kern, Hannah Crown, Meghan Copler, and SOOOOO many others, who knows what all this summer has in store!
